Generally, EESi does not allow returns unless we did not ship the correct Part Number specified on the original order.To insure the proper Part Number is specified, we request that the customer contact us if there is any doubt as to the proper EESi product required.
If a return is allowed, the customer MUST obtain an RMA from EEi. The customer will be liable for all shipping charges to return the product to EESi in addition to a 20% restocking fee unless EESi did not send the Product specified on the original order. In that instance, Cletop.Com will provide the customer with the necessary shipping information and there will be no restocking fee.
EESi will not accept returned products for the following reasons:
- 1. Customer has had the product for more than 90 days.
- 2. Product, or any part of product, has been used.
- 3. Customer specified the wrong Part Number.
- 4. Product packaging is not in an acceptable condition for resale.
